1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef (cooked and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 cup Salsa (mild or spicy)
2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 cup of butter

In a pan cook the ground beef; drain. Place it, along with all of the other ingredients, in your crockpot.  Cook on low until cheese is melty and all ingredients mixed well. Serve in bowls along with tortilla chips.

 
This is one of our favorite family night suppers. Good go-alongs include any or all: blanco queso (white cheeese dip) and chips, spanish rice, refried beans, tacos, burritos, veggies with dip…or just serve by itself.
